General Cleaning

Regularly scheduled cleans: either biweekly or monthly. Here is what is generally completed during a general clean; however, this list is a guide and your specific needs will be discussed during a walkthrough to create a cleaning plan that works for you!

-Tidy and put things back in their place

-Clean light switches

-Throw away any trash, empty any bins

-Dust surfaces, knick knacks, pictures, etc

-Sweep, vacuum, and mop

-Fold blankets and set throw pillows

-Make all beds, with linens if provided

-Clean all bathrooms including vanities, mirrors, toilets inside and out, floors

-Clean surfaces in Kitchen

Deep Cleaning

Floor to ceiling and everything in between! We specialize in Real Estate cleans (listing cleans, move-in/move-outs).

We also recommend having your home deep cleaned biannually or quarterly.

Deep Cleans Often Include:

• Dust removal throughout

• Baseboards, doors and trim

• Inside and outside of cabinets

• Inside of appliances

• Scrubbing showers and tubs

• Ceiling Fans and light fixtures

• Windows (inside only)

• Walls

  This is not an all inclusive list! Anything above and beyond a general clean can be added

De-clutter/Organization

We also offer organization services. These projects are specific to your individual needs, so a walk-through of the area must be completed to discuss specifics and determine price.
